The person who signs the meeting contract is the only eligible party to receive the reward and/or to designate the recipient of the reward. If the meeting contract signer departs from his or her position or responsibilities, the designated responsible party assumes responsibility.
The meeting contract signer may choose only one item from which may include one of the following reward categories: Omni Hotels & Resorts Gift Card, Master Account Credit, American Express Gift Card, Charitable Donation, or Professional Development. Omni Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to add, change, delete or modify the category items at any time and without notice.
The Select RewardsSM Option is a contracted concession that must be noted in the signed contract. A signed addendum is required for all rewards offered after the contract is signed. Upon signature of the signed contract or addendum, the award will be fulfilled by the Convention Service Manager assigned to that group. The meeting contract signer must complete the Omni Hotels & Resorts Select RewardsSM Fulfillment document indicating the reward choice and recipient. The Select RewardsSM Fulfillment document must be signed by both the Convention Services Manager and contract signer or designated responsible party. Recipient(s) does not need to be a guest in the hotel or attend the meeting for which they are receiving the reward. The time frame for fulfilling rewards is three weeks from the date the contract is signed with the exception of the Master Account Credit option, which will be applied to the master bill after the meeting. Omni gift cards are not redeemable towards group master account.
Omni Hotels & Resorts has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Omni Hotels & Resorts Select RewardsSM Program, its rules, regulations and rewards at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of, availability or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Omni Hotels & Resorts and its travel partners may, among other things: (a) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any rewards; (b) add blackout dates, limit rooms available for any reward at any participating hotel, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; (c) change program benefits, travel partners, hotels designated as an Omni hotel or resort, conditions of participation, or rules governing the use of rewards; or (d) change or cancel its travel partner rewards. Omni Hotels & Resorts has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Select RewardsSM program terms and conditions.
