Try Our Online Room Service 

In order to provide the best possible service to our guests, the Omni Mandalay Hotel now offers online room service.

Using our digital in-room dining menu full of pictures and descriptions of each meal, you can place your online room service order for immediate delivery or pre-order for delivery at a later time.  While you're in your room working on your laptop, just place an order and we'll bring dinner right up!  Or if you know what you want for breakfast tomorrw, go ahead and order it!  We'll deliver it to your room at the requested time.

Coming soon, you will be able to refresh your room’s amenities, have valet bring your car around, have your luggage retrieved from your room, or check on the hotel’s daily activities or spa services -- all from your laptop.  Our goal is to allow you the flexibility for instant communication with our staff, providing you with a pleasurable and memorable stay.
