Amelia Island Beach & Pools
The Amelia Island Plantation Resort is proud to announce our $85 million renovation, named "Re-Imagination". Throughout its' duration, the hotel pool and "Beach Club" will be closed. Resort guests will have access to The Dunes Club pool which will be heated during the spring and early summer season, as well as access to the Health and Fitness center 20 yard indoor pool.
Beginning spring 2012, food and beverage service will be available beachside offering sandwiches, snacks and a full bar so you can enjoy a cocktail and dine in the sand only footsteps from the ocean.
Throughout the renovation complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas will be available in front of the hotel. Cabana upgrades will also be available in front of the hotel. Enjoy fun-filled beach activities overlooking the beautiful Atlantic from your reserved chair and find soothing shade and breezes under your private umbrella.
All Resort Guest, Club Members, and Villa Guests staying through our program with an amenity card (guest charge card) are welcome to rent and use our beach equipment. Hours of operation and locations vary seasonally.
*Complimentary chairs based on availability. Beach rentals are available for a fee at the Dunes Club, Sandcastles, Ship Watch and Beach Walker locations.
