Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
One complimentary suite for the bridal couple on the evening of their wedding
Can I reserve rooms for my guests for a discounted rate?
Yes. Discounts do apply based on hotel availability.
How do my guests reserve a room?
We provide a custom booking link for you guests to directly make their reservation, or they can call 1-800-The-Omni.
Parking
Is parking available for my guests?
Parking is located across the street at the Mellon Square Garage. Prevailing rates are applicable. The current 2012 rate is $5 per day from Friday after 4pm until Monday 7am.
Decorations
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes. The hotel facilities require very little in the way of decorations, however, our guests are certainly welcome to create their atmosphere based on their own personal tastes.
Audio Visual Equipment
Do you provide audio visual equipment?
Yes, AVT Event Technologies is the in-house audio visual company.
Attendance
When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
72 hours prior.
Staffing
Can I request extra staffing for my event?
Yes. The omni William Penn proveded the highest ratio of server to guest in the city. Our standard is one server per 16 guests. Any requests over this ratio is at a rate of $120 per server.
Food & Beverage
Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
All food and beverage is prepared by our award-winning Chef's with the exception of specialized Indian Cuisine.
Can we make changes to our menu selections?
It is your day, we can change any menu item up to 72 hours prior unless an item had to be special ordered per your request.
