This is the most commonly asked question. For liability purposes, we do not accept tickets to be dropped off, held or delivered to a guest’s room. If you are receiving tickets once you arrive, please make other personal arrangements.

No. You will want to secure transportation as parking at and around Churchill Downs can be challenging. Here is a list of providers, that are not affiliated with the Hotel, and offer transportation services:

Yes. Should you need any items pressed, please call the Front Desk and they will arrange to have your items picked up in your room. It is recommended to allow a minimum of 2 hours until your items are completed.

Yes. Starting at 8 AM, we will have a station in the Lobby on Friday & Saturday, for your convenience. Outside of those hours please also allow a minimum of 2 hours. You may also call the front desk for pickup in your room.
