Offering nearly 15,000 square feet of space, the Salt River Ballroom offers the perfect amount of space for your wedding venue, with room for entertainment, dancing and dining. Decorated with light neutral and airy tones, the ballroom may be combined with the adjacent Salt River Prefunction space for a cocktail reception for up to an additional 6,400 square feet of space. Salt River Ballroom capacity: 1,350 guests for banquet.

SUN DEVIL BALLROOM & LAWN

Opening directly on to a private manicured lawn, the Sun Devil Ballroom and Lawn offers nearly 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, making this the perfect backdrop for dinner and dancing under the stars on your wedding day. The romantic indoor ballroom setting is complete with floor to ceiling windows ideal for a cocktail hour, ceremony or reception. Sun Devil Ballroom capacity: 185 guests for banquet.

To confirm availability for your wedding, visit https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/tempe-asu/meetings/rfp or contact the hotel catering department directly at (602) 794-8610 to request a proposal. To secure your event date, Hotel will only guarantee a wedding date with a deposit and signed contract.

Ask your Omni Wedding Specialist for rates and availability at the time of securing your wedding date. Your guests may reserve their rooms online via a dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group. Guests may also book rooms by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI (800-843-6664) and referencing the wedding name.

No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU by the host or invitees without advance written notice from the Hotel. Arizona law requires all alcohol to be purchased and supplied by the Hotel and all service of alcohol must conclude at 2:00AM. Outside catering for specialty weddings is permitted through one of our pre-approved vendors. Fees apply.
