Rooms and Suites

• Deluxe Rooms: Feature up 244 square feet of space, two double beds or one king- or queen-sized bed.
• City View King/Double Rooms: Feature one king bed or two double beds and a furnished patio with magnificent views of the city. Room has vaulted ceilings and natural light floods in from oversized windows.
• City View Loft Suites: With 699 square feet to relax in, these unique suites are the ultimate in downtown “loft” accommodations. Accessible from the 12th or 13th floor, the first level has a dining table that seats 4 and a sofa sleeper. A spiral staircase leads to the loft-level guest suite with private balcony overlooking the stunning Indianapolis skyline.
• Plaza Suites: Accommodations features roomy interior design (378 square feet) with windows on three sides and a small private balcony with views of Union Station and the Pan Am Plaza. Each suite also includes a plush sofa and lounging chairs.
• Business Class Rooms: These historically unique rooms feature one queen bed and views of the city’s exciting Wholesale District.
• Executive King Rooms: These 368 sq. ft. rooms feature one king bed, a small couch or chair with ottoman and views of the city or the old Union Station. 
• King Severin Suites: Large windows set these accommodations aglow with natural light. For privacy, the bedroom and living areas are separated by French doors. 
• City View Room: Includes one king bed and a spacious interior design with marble entrance, plush sofa lounging chairs and private balcony overlooking the stunning Indianapolis skyline.
• Penthouse Lilly Suite: Features a parlor room with a dining table that seats up to 8, French doors, marble bath and a furnished patio with spectacular view.
• Penthouse Presidential Suites: The 1,344 square feet bi-level suite includes a lovely foyer with marble floors that leads to a living room and a separate dining room which seats up to 8. A charming powder room completes the lower level of the suite. A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of the exciting Wholesale District.
• Get Fit Guest Rooms: These health-smart accommodations feature a motorized portable treadmill, Get Fit Kit and healthy snacks in the refreshment center.
