Fireside Cocktail Cuisine
Fireside, which recently opened following a $3.5 million renovation features the innovative "Cocktail Cuisine" of Chef Sam DeMarco. Fireside resides in the former restaurant, Kokachin with a completely redesigned and fresh look featuring several fire boxes which add to the overall warmth of the color and design. The focal point of the restaurant is a floor to ceiling fireplace. There are two private rooms where business can be discussed over a meal. Or perhaps just a special occasion where more privacy would be desired.
