Terms & Conditions – Omni Select Business
1. Introduction Omni Select Business (the "Program") is designed to offer small and medium-sized businesses ("SMBs") exclusive benefits, preferred rates, and loyalty rewards. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By enrolling, the participating company ("Member") agrees to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is available to legally registered SMBs with a valid tax identification number.
- Members must not have an existing corporate agreement with Omni or be eligible for a managed corporate account.
- Government entities, travel agencies, and wholesalers are not eligible.
3. Enrollment & Membership
- Enrollment is free, with no set-up fees.
- Enrollment requires registration through the Program’s online portal.
- Members must designate an authorized administrator to manage the company’s participation.
- Employees must register using a corporate email domain to access benefits.
4. Program Benefits
- Exclusive Program Rates: Discounted rates apply to bookings made directly through approved Omni channels at participating hotels
- Loyalty Rewards: Members earn Omni Select Guest credits on eligible stays.
- Dedicated Support: Priority customer service and account management.
5. Omni Credits & Rewards
- Travelers of Omni Select Business member companies/organizations, must enroll* in Omni Select Guest loyalty program individually (if not already a member), to earn Omni Credits & Rewards.
- Omni Credits are earned on eligible stays and spending, redeemable for future stays at any Omni Hotel or Resort
- Omni Credit Promotions apply only to the stays booked and completed within the designated promotional period.
- Rewards & Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
6. Booking & Stay Requirements
- Bookings must be made directly through Omni Hotels & Resorts channels (website or call center).
- This program is designed for business travel; however, your travelers may take advantage of the discount for personal stays. Discount is based on availability, restrictions may apply.
- Members must meet a minimum annual stay requirement to maintain eligibility.
- Discounts apply only to standard or rack rates; promotional rates may be extended but no further discount is applied.
7. Re-Qualification & Termination
- Membership is valid for 12 months and subject to renewal based on annual stay performance.
- Omni Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to terminate or modify Program terms at its discretion.
- Members engaging in fraudulent activity may be removed from the Program without notice.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- Member data will be used in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resort’s Privacy Policy.
- Employees’ booking data may be shared with the designated Member administrator for reporting purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Omni Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for lost or misused benefits.
- Discounts are subject to availability and may vary by location.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Texas.
11. Modification of Terms
- Omni Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated through official Program channels.
