Ingredients


10 ½ oz chicken thigh, chopped
3 tablespoons pickled cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1 ½ tablespoons ketchup
2 pieces flat bread – Naan preferred
1 ½ tablespoons roaster garlic mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Baharat spice blend or Garam masala
½ cup onion, copped
2 pieces lettuce
2 tomato slices

Directions


Chicken Preparation
  1. Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until golden
  2. Add chopped chicken thigh and season with salt, pepper and spice blend
  3. Remove from heat when chicken is cooked through

Sandwich Assembly

  1. Fill flat bread with garlic sauce (optional), pickled cucumber, sliced tomato, lettuce and chicken. 
  2. Roll to seal ingredients
  3. Grill the roll until slightly brown 
  4. erve hot with ketchup, mustard and garlic mayo
