Maple Bourbon Bacon Picks

Ingredients

½ cup bourbon

1 teaspoon chopped thyme

1 ½ teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon roasted garlic clove

2 ounces roasted shallots

4 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 cups salad oil

Directions

Puree all ingredients in blender on high until smooth

Slowly add oil while blending ingredients on medium speed

Skewer bacon strips and glaze with dressing

Put skewered bacon into oven at 350 degrees for 15 min or until golden brown
