Chicken Pecan Salad


1 ½ chicken breasts, seasoned

1 carrot, diced

1 celery rib, diced

2 tablespoons pecan pieces

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Dijon mustard

¼ cup honey


Chicken Pecan Salad

Grill seasoned chicken over fire until there are grill marks.

When cooked through, place in refrigerator to cool down before cutting into medium diced pieces.

After cooling, stir all ingredients together until well blended.

Season to taste and serve.

Refreshing Chicken Pecan Salad that can be served on top of lettuce leaves or used as a sandwich filler.
