Morel Old Fashioned

Ingredients

.75 oz. | Morel Honey Syrup
3 dashes | Angostura Bitters
1 | Large Orange Peel Twist
1 | 2" Ice Cube
1 | Luxardo Cherry

Method & Technique

Gently muddle the syrup, bitters and orange peel. Add a 2 inch ice cube and the morel–infused bourbon. Stir for 25 seconds and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Morel–Infused Elijah Craig Bourbon

Ingredients

1 oz. | Dried Morels
1 L | Elijah Craig Bourbon

Method & Technique

Combine 1 oz. of dried morels per 1 liter of bourbon in a bartop bourbon barrel. Age and infuse the combination for a minimum of 14 days. Enjoy!
