Ode To Baseball

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • .25 oz double-IPA reduction
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • Cotton candy
  • Caramel popcorn
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir. Strain into a rocks glass and add ice. Garnish with cotton candy and a side of caramel popcorn.

The 1966

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • .5 oz peach syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • .25 oz peach liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 mist of angostura bitters
  • Dehydrated orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake well. Strain into a glass coupe and spray with angostura bitters. Garnish with a dehydrated orange.

La Bestia

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 oz tea-infused Venezuelan rum
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz demerara syrup
  • .25 oz orgeat syrup
  • Sour beer topper
  • Dehydrated lemon slices
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass and add ice. Top off with sour beer and garnish with dehydrated lemon.
