Step into a resort fitness center unlike any other and experience true rejuvenation while traveling in Austin. Our comprehensive fitness center features exercise machines, Peloton bikes, a spacious free weight and functional fitness area, a temperature-controlled indoor lap pool, running track and dedicated studios for yoga classes, spin and TRX training. Large locker rooms provide ample space, serving as the ideal pre- and post-workout retreat.
The fitness center is available for use of resort guests with our compliments. You may attend group classes for a nominal fee. Personal training is also available, please call (512) 329-4009 to learn more.

Personal Training
Your personal training session is developed by an experienced trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your session includes a fitness evaluation, goal setting and a home program. Golf Fitness Training
Our certified Titleist Performance Institute Certified golf fitness instructors have worked with PGA pros and will develop a training session tailored specifically for your golf performance enhancement. To schedule your 30 or 50-minute session, please call (512) 329-4009.
TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training harnesses your bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. To schedule your 30 or 50-minute session, please call (512) 329-4009.
Private Individual or Group Fitness Classes

Locker Rooms
Our large locker rooms each feature a steam room and complimentary day lockers. A water bottle refill station is available on the main level of the fitness center.
Fitness Center Machines and Equipment
Our fitness center offers treadmills, ellipticals, a Keiser bike, Peloton exercise bikes, free weights, weight machines, a Rogue fitness studio and more.
