Fitness Center

Step into a resort fitness center unlike any other and experience true wellness while traveling in Austin. Our comprehensive fitness center features exercise machines, Peloton bikes, a spacious free weight and functional fitness area, a temperature-controlled indoor lap pool, running track and dedicated studios for yoga classes, spin and TRX training. Large locker rooms provide ample space, serving as the ideal pre and post-workout retreat.

The fitness center is available for use with our compliments. You may attend classes and personal training sessions for a nominal fee.

Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Exercise Programs

Group Fitness Classes
Attend a motivating and challenging group exercise class taught by one of our certified instructors. Yoga, spin, Pilates, dance, Zumba and aquatic classes are available. Personal Training
This session is developed by an experienced trainer to help you achieve optimal balance, full-body strength, power and flexibility. We include a fitness evaluation, goal setting and a home program. 30 or 50 minutes

Golf Fitness Training
Our knowledgeable personal training staff will design a program that is tailored specifically for golf performance enhancement. Our personal fitness trainers are Titleist Performance Institute Certified golf fitness instructors, have worked with PGA pros and can apply the same fitness model to help you perform like a pro! 30 or 50 minutes

TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you work out and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. TRX - Join the movement. 30 or 50 minutes

Mat Pilates
This dynamic workout will leave you looking and feeling toned, revitalized and refreshed. This gentle work is a series of movements that will improve postural alignment, core strength, breathing and flexibility. 60-minute private sessions (duets and trios are also available)

One-on-One Yoga
This private session focuses on relaxation, flexibility, strength, breathing, restoration and inversions from beginning to advanced positions. 50 minutes

Therapeutic Stretch
A partner-assisted stretch, this active isolated stretching helps to release chronic aches and pains resulting in a better range of motion, freedom from tension and overall feeling of well-being. 50 minutes

Prenatal Yoga
This gentle yoga class helps to address the areas of a woman’s body that are tight during pregnancy. It also teaches breathing techniques that can be useful when in labor. 50 minutes

Aqua Personal Training
This program of individually designed activities works to enhance, restore and maintain functional abilities. Water supports the body, reduces joint stress and provides resistance and assistance to movement. Aqua therapy is particularly beneficial to persons with orthopedic conditions, back problems, repetitive stress disorders, arthritis, obesity issues and pregnancy. 50 minutes
