The entire staff helped to deliver an incredible event for 280 people from around the globe. This is a well-traveled group of people, and given that they gave high accolades to the hotel (especially the food, and knowing the chef was cooking for 280 people it was still very, very good and did not taste like food typically cooked in mass!).
