Crystal Hills at THE AWARD-WINNING Rosebrook Lodge
Be among the first to experience the all-new Crystal Hills event venue near the summit of Bretton Woods and located in the stunning Rosebrook Lodge, winner of Hospitality Design magazine’s 2022 Annual HD Awards for Event Spaces! With mountain décor complementing the natural surroundings, this premier venue boasts breathtaking mountain views of New England’s highest peaks, and event attendees will enjoy enclosed transport up the mountain by the new year-round 8-passenger Bretton Woods Skyway Gondola.
Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom, framed by sculpted pillars panoramic mountain views, exquisitely accommodates an afternoon or evening Wedding Reception. It offers a Broadway style stage, a magnificent inlaid oak dance floor and a lofty ceiling that provides excellent acoustics for your musical accompaniment.
Jewell Terrace
The Jewell Terrace is located on the roof of the Presidential Wing at Omni Mount Washington Resort, and nicely lends itself to dinner under the stars. This venue is designed facing Mount Washington with expansive rich greenery and gardens and picturesque scenic views of the Presidential Range.
South Veranda
Our semicircular South Veranda offers the perfect backdrop with panoramic views of Crawford Notch for your outdoor cocktail reception or ceremony.
Sun Dining Room
Adjacent to the Main Dining Room, this stunning dining room was recently renovated and gracefully celebrates the timeless traditions of the past while embracing the culinary trends of today. Its lovely ivory décor is adorned with intricately sculpted pillars, for an elegant dining experience not to be missed for memorable dinners and special events.
The Conservatory
The beautifully ornate semicircular Conservatory provides a unique setting for your indoor wedding ceremony or cocktail reception. A formal soirée in the Conservatory can be accented by musical selections performed on the hotel’s rare Steinway piano.
Presidential Ballroom
The Presidential Ballroom located in the Presidential Wing is a popular choice for evening Receptions or Rehearsal Dinners as well as smaller Grand Weddings. The adjacent Presidential Foyer and Garden are nice complements to this venue for additional indoor and outdoor space.
Presidential Foyer
This beautiful area has floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase expansive lawns and gardens. This venue is offered to all Presidential Ballroom weddings.
Presidential Garden
The Presidential Garden is located outside the Presidential Foyer. This venue overlooks Mount Washington, with expansive greenery and a picturesque scenic view of the Presidential Range. This venue is offered to all Presidential Ballroom weddings and rehearsal dinner events.
Bretton Woods Base Lodge
This venue is a more casual setting with many windows and views of the ski slopes, and is perfect for rehearsal or welcome dinners and wedding receptions. This venue includes existing chairs/benches, tables and linens.

Weddings FAQ
All food and beverage served must prepared and served by the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa team. The catering will work with you to create your custom menu that all guests will enjoy. To secure your wedding date and venue, please submit the RFP form and a member of our team will reach out to help plan your perfect day.
The package includes a champagne toast, as well as coffee and tea during dinner service. All other beverages are not included in our packages. Charges will be based upon consumption or per person. Your Catering Sales Manager will assist you with all your needs.
All food and beverage fees are subject to a 26% service charge, as well as a 8.5% New Hampshire State Rooms & Meals Tax. All function room charges are in addition to the wedding packages, and a $150 bar setup fee applies per bar as needed, subject to tax and service charge.
Weddings are typically four to six hours long, however for additional fees, you may extend your wedding event. Please note, we do limit the hours of bar service to a maximum of five hours and for consideration of other resort guests, music cannot be played later than 10:00 PM. The Grand Ballroom at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is the largest on wedding venue on property and features 6,900 square feet of space, capable of hosting up to 600 people for a reception.
