For COVID-19

We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotels for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

State of New Hampshire Emergency Orders
Pursuant to the Governor of New Hampshire’s Emergency Order 27, all registered guests must attest that they are exhibiting no symptoms of COVID-19.

Additionally, registered guests checking in must provide either a New England driver’s license (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island) or a signed document from the guest(s) attesting that all the person(s) staying at the lodging facility who are not residents of a New England state have quarantined at a home for at least 14 days before arriving in New Hampshire, only going out for essential items and when outside of the home maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 14 day “quarantine”.

Those who wish to receive Spa services must also complete a health questionnaire prior to entering The Spa, including whether they have traveled in the past 14 days either: i. Internationally (outside the U.S.), ii. By cruise ship, or iii. Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.). For the safety of our guests, we strongly recommend that our guests wear a face mask while inside our hotel and anywhere safe social distancing is not possible.

Pursuant to the Governor of New Hampshire’s Emergency Order 74 and for the safety of our guests and associates, all persons over the age of 5 within the State of New Hampshire shall wear a mask or cloth face covering over their noses and mouths any time they are in public spaces, indoors or outdoors, where they are unable to or do not consistently maintain a physical distance of at least six feet from persons outside their own households.

Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative encourages self-parking;
Omni Mount Washington Resort is not offering valet or shuttle services at this time.
