It is recommended that you hire a Professional Wedding Coordinator to assist you with your wedding ceremony, rehearsal, and reception. Your Omni Catering Managers will assist you with the pre-planning of your food and beverages, room set ups and hotel details. We will provide you with an onsite Wedding Coordinator/Banquet Captain the day of your event for any last minute needs.
We offer two Room Block options. Courtesy Room Block has no financial commitment to you and does not guarantee the availability of all requested rooms. We recommend your guests to make their reservations as soon as your block is confirmed, as reservations are always based on availability. Guaranteed Room Block may be held until 30 days prior to arrival and will hold you financially committed to 80% of the total number of contracted rooms at the contract rate.
You will be invited to attend one of the two Bridal Showcases throughout the year. A few of our preferred vendors will showcase different items and you will be able to sample the Wedding menu items that will be available for your special day.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES
We ask that menu selections & set-up arrangements be finalized eight weeks prior to the scheduled event. A detailed Banquet Event Order will be completed at that time. Your signature is required on each Banquet Event Order and check prior to the event. Only food & beverage provided by Omni Interlocken Hotel may be consumed on hotel premises.
GUARANTEES OF ATTENDANCE & MINIMUMS
In order to ensure the success of your function, the Catering & Conference planning team would like to be notified of the exact number of guests by noon three business days prior to your function. If the guarantee is not confirmed three business days in advance, the expected count will be considered the guarantee. Final charges will be based on the guarantee or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. The Hotel will prepare food based on the guaranteed amount plus 3%. Room assignments are made by the hotel staff to accommodate the expected attendance. The Hotel reserves the right to reassign space if attendance changes from the expected count or as deemed necessary.
PRICING & BILLING
Food, Beverage & Audio Visual prices are subject to a 23% service charge & 8.15% sales tax, service charge is taxable in the State of Colorado. Non-refundable 30% advance deposits are required to confirm a function on a definite basis, specific requirements will be indicated in your contract. Pricing is guaranteed within 6 months of the function & is subject at any time to tax increases based on the City & County of Broomfield sales tax laws. The Hotel reserves the right to change pricing at any time outside of the 6 month function date. Full payment must be made in advance 10 business days prior to your event
All items brought in for your event may not be stored here prior to the event and must be taken from the property immediately following your event. Omni Interlocken will not be responsible for missing items.
The Omni will not be responsible for Gifts brought to your wedding. We recommend that you have an attendant from the wedding remove all gifts after the Cocktail hour.
Omni Interlocken Resort does not allow open flame candles, sparklers, fireworks, bird seed, live animals, water features, or fog/smoke machines without prior written consent from Omni Interlocken Hotel.
