WHAT OUR GUESTS HAD TO SAY
Wow! Everything last night was perfection. The guests were blown away by the usual setting for the dinner. A dinner in an open space had not taken place before. Every morsel of food was enjoyed. I saw nothing but empty plates going back to the kitchen. Chef Stephen has a gift for combining unusual flavors for a successful outcome. He is a jewel in Omni’s crown. Rosario and her team were outstanding, professional, and accommodating to the members and guests needs. I did not hear one complaint about service. I was surprised so many lingered for coffee! Paul and the valet service were extremely helpful in getting all my “stuff” inside and to the venue. And you, were the most efficient and pleasant to work with event planner I have ever encountered. You took notes and made my job easy. No detail we discussed was overlooked. Omni has a first-rate team in their catering and banquet operations. Kudos to the entire team! If I could give this hotel a 15, I would. I have been a meeting planner with this group for 15 years, I'm also a member of this group for 30 years. I have not missed a convention or conference. This is the BEST hotel and staff I have worked with. My problems became their problems and we worked together to solve them and I had several problems all our members doing but I was told not to worry and it was great!!! I wish we could go to all hotels like this with staff that really cares about our needs.
Overall, every demand we placed on you and your staff was handled immediately and professionally. You never skipped a beat and exceeded all of our expectations with FIRST-CLASS customer service!
