Weddings FAQ

Omni PGA Frisco Resort offers beautiful settings with sweeping views of the pristine landscape and golf course. From the elegant grand ballrooms to the modern rustic design of the Pavilion there is a seamless integration adjoining the indoor-outdoor settings, creating an atmosphere that is perfect for relaxed receptions all year round.

In addition to creating your ideal wedding reception, our experienced team can also provide assistance with ceremony space, audiovisual packages, staging, dance floors and more. Pricing may vary. Your dedicated Catering Sales Manager can also recommend special event professionals to assist with your event and act as your onsite liaison between your wedding planner and the hotel operations associates.

A signed contract with a binding cancellation as well as a non-refundable deposit schedule with a minimum initial deposit of 25% of the estimated charges is required to secure your wedding date and venue.

With a signed guest room block contract, you will receive a dedicated group link for your guests and instructions for guests that wish to call in to reserve their room.

The deposits are calculated based on the total estimated revenue of your event to include the wedding package and food & beverage minimum plus service charge and taxes. An initial deposit is due upon contract signature, additional deposits are tiered.

We do not allow outside food or beverage to be brought in from the outside unless it is a cuisine that the hotel cannot prepare. Applicable outside catering fees apply. Please reach out to the Catering Department for additional information.

Modified space options for social distancing where required by local government or upon request. Social distancing signage is available upon request to help event spacing in high-traffic areas and encourage proper distancing.
