Reservation Methods

• The confirmed guestrooms will be available three days prior and three days after the meeting event dates based on availability.
• Guests may book online or call Omni Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI. Always use the event name JEA Advisers Institute when booking or modifying. 

Payments and fees

• A major credit card will reserve your room.
• All attendees are responsible for their own guestroom, tax and incidental charges.
• Any reservation that is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one-night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee.
• Additionally, any reservations that arrive AFTER the arrival date will be considered a "no show" and a charge of one-night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee will be charged to the individual's card on file.
• If the attendee checks out prior to the reserved checkout date the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one-night guestroom and tax to the attendee's account. To avoid this fee, the attendee should advise the hotel of any change 72 hours prior to arrival.
