Booking Details

Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Please note preferences on reservation.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.

Accompanying Guest

• Please leave accompanying guest names in the comments section at the time of booking.

Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
• Please allow 72 hours advanced notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a penalty of the deposit.

Resort Service Charge

• A nightly $25 Resort Service Charge and tax, discounted from $45, will apply.

Parking

• There is a nightly charge for both self and valet parking. The self-parking rate is $20 per vehicle (Discounted from $40) and the valet parking rate is $58 per vehicle.

Early Departure Fee

• In the event a guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to their account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise Omni La Costa Resort & Spa at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
