Guarantee Type
- Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Room assignments and preferences are based on availability at check-in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.
Cancellation
- Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
- Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted on the card on file at the time of booking.
Resort Service Charge
- WAIVED FOR THE GROUP - A nightly $30 Destination Charge and tax will apply.
Parking
- There is a nightly $60 charge for Valet parking per vehicle.
Incidental Hold
- A $100 incidental hold per day is authorized at the time of check-in.
