Guarantee Type

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• Deluxe King or Deluxe Double Double rooms are guaranteed. Please leave special rooming requests in comment section to be accommodated based on availability.
• Upgraded room types are available for special pricing based on availability. Please contact ReservationsSD@omnihotels.com.

Accompanying Guest

• Please leave accompanying guest names in the comments section at the time of booking.

Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night cancellation fee.
• Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the card on file at the time of booking.

Resort Service Charge

• Waived $30 Destination Charge for all guests booked inside the room block. 

Incidental Hold

• $100 incidental hold per day is authorized at the time of check in.

Parking

• There is a nightly $40 charge (discounted from $60) for Valet parking per vehicle.
