Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Room assignments and preferences are based on availability at check-in.
• Please leave requests for room and bed type to be accommodated based on availability. 
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax with a valid credit card at the time of booking. 

Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a forfeiture of the deposit. 
• Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the card on file at the time of booking.

Destination Charge

• A nightly $15 Destination Charge (discounted from $30) and tax will apply.

Incidental Hold

• $100 incidental hold per day is authorized at the time of check in

Parking

• There is a nightly charge of $36 (discounted from $60) for Valet parking per vehicle.
