Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Please leave requests for room and bed type to be accommodated based on availability.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a refundable deposit of one night's room and tax with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Accompanying Guest 

• Please notate accompanying guests in comments of reservation.

Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night cancellation fee.
• Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the card on file at the time of booking.

Destination Charge

• A nightly Destination Charge is $15 (discounted from $30) for all reservations made in the block.

Parking

• There is a nightly charge of $60 per vehicle for valet parking. Subject to change without notice.
