We're local to the Bay Area but the majority of our guests were from out of town, so we looked at several hotels around downtown San Francisco to host our wedding. We couldn't have made a better choice by selecting the Omni. From our first site visit to the day after our wedding, we worked closely with Laura for the events and Dionne for the guests accommodations - they were professional, friendly, and had amazing attention to detail. During the weekend of our wedding, everything went smoothly from guest check-in to ceremony to reception. Our wedding planner and vendors were able to access the hotel and set up without any issues. Weeks after our wedding, our guests were still raving about the food, venue and services.
The staff was very attentive! They went out of their way to make us feel special. We were sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The staff the next day even knew we had just been married. Beautiful rooms and city view!
