It's your choice!

Select Guest invites our members to receive a beverage each day of their stay as a member benefit. Starting on your second stay, choose one of our three Select Guest Beverage options daily. Want to shake things up? Choose a different option each day depending on your needs.

Option 1: Get it delivered

Have your favorite morning beverage delivered straight to your room. To receive a beverage to your room in the morning, members simply need to fill out the Option 1 section of the door hanger they received during check in.* After filling in their room number, members should mark their chosen selection for the following options:

  • How would you like it delivered? In-room delivery or knock and leave outside my door.
  • When? Select a 15 minute window for delivery that suits your schedule.
  • What would you like to drink? Tell us what you want! Gold Level members enjoy one drink per guest (up to 2 guests). Platinum and Black Level members enjoy two drinks per guest (up to 2 guests). Mark the desired quantity of each beverage in the provided box. Tick off any additional needs or clarifications. (Want a soft drink? Is that Coke or Sprite? Do you take regular or decaf coffee? Etc.)
  • Would You Like To Add Any Food? We offer a limited range of food items for sale to enjoy with your Select Guest beverage. Indicate which you would like in the provided box. Purchases are charged directly to your room.

Don’t forget to place your door hanger on the outside doorknob of your room by 2 a.m. and enjoy sweet dreams of your morning treat.

Option 2: Take It On The Go

Have to make a quick dash to your morning meeting or the airport? Pick up something from the coffee shop on your way out. Simply take your door hanger or voucher to the coffee shop designated and enjoy one coffee or other beverage of equal value. Platinum and Black Level members may enjoy two beverages.

Option 3: Enjoy At The Bar

Not a morning person? Redeem for an evening beverage at the bar. Members can enjoy one beer, glass of house wine, coffee, tea or soda from the designated bar or restaurant by presenting their door hanger to the bar tender. One beverage per door hanger or voucher.**

*Delivery option may not be available at some resort properties for Gold Level members. Members will receive a voucher for Options 2 and 3 in lieu of a door hanger.

**Member name and room number must be present on door hanger/voucher, and door hanger/voucher must be relinquished to bartender upon redemption. Gratuity not included. Members must be of legal drinking age to redeem for an alcoholic beverage. New third option is not available at properties in North Carolina.
