New Partnership to Bring Expert Insight and Perspective to Wine Programs

DALLAS, Texas (June 16, 2015) – Omni Hotels & Resorts announced today a partnership with Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer, who will lend his expertise and extensive industry experience to enhance Omni’s wine footprint across properties in North America.

Dexheimer, an accomplished sommelier, mixologist and cocktail enthusiast, is one of only 147 professionals who have earned the title of Master Sommelier in North America. He will work with the luxury hotel brand to consult on wine lists, develop training programs and ensure that the wines offered by the glass at Omni properties remain one of the best in the industry.

Dexheimer will also collaborate with Omni to enhance communication around wine to guests, customers and visitors. And, as a part of Omni’s unique banquet and catering offerings, Dexheimer will offer authentic wine tasting experiences to meetings and groups.
