Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and associates. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.
Cancellation policy & booking flexibility
We understand flexibility is key during uncertain times and that’s why we’re adjusting our cancellation policies.
- Non-Resorts: we have modified our cancellation notice period to 48 hours prior to arrival for new individual reservations.
- Resorts: our cancellation notice period is 72 hours prior to arrival for new individual reservations.*
*Omni Amelia Island Resort and The Villas of Amelia Island have a 7 day cancellation policy.
*Omni Mount Washington Resort have a 7 day cancellation policy.
*Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate have a 7 day cancellation policy.
For full terms and/or exclusions, please check the “Rate Rules” link on the Choose Room booking page or the Cancellation Policy section on your Reservation Confirmation email. While many rates have flexible cancellation policies, there are some rates which are non-refundable.
In this very fluid environment, we continue to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly as their terms and conditions would apply.
Exclusions apply for Special Event dates with prepaid/nonrefundable policies in place.
During your stay
Rest assured our standard cleaning routines are very thorough; however, during this time, we have increased our efforts throughout each hotel and resort. These actions include, but are not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched items in guest rooms and throughout the public spaces of each hotel. We’re providing hand sanitizer stations at front desks, on meeting room levels and in restaurants. We are also ensuring our associates have disposable wipes with them at all times to clean commonly used surfaces like elevator buttons. It’s also important to note that our cleaning materials and supplies meet or exceed industry standards.
The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our properties. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our guests.
