Plan Your Wedding Celebration

In order to make it simple and affordable for your wedding guests to attend your wedding, we are pleased to offer specially priced group room rates. During our peak season, certain dates may require a two-night minimum stay. We will offer a wedding discounted rate for ten rooms or more per night, if you choose to guarantee rooms for your wedding guests.

Allow us to create a landing page for your wedding. Our customized wedding websites offer convenient online guest room reservations, can provide driving directions, and may include personalization such as photos, events, registry links, etc.

Rehearsal
As part of your ceremony and planning, you may be interested in holding a practice the day before the wedding, or on the morning of the wedding to familiarize your attendants and family with the order of events on the day of the wedding. This is a great opportunity to answer questions, and finalize last minute details.

Your Bedford Springs Wedding Planner will be happy to schedule a rehearsal time for you, no more than ninety days before your wedding date. Your rehearsal may take place in either your ceremony venue, or the back up venue based off of availability for that evening.

The rehearsal is complimentary with your ceremony fee, and will be approximately thirty minutes in length.

Rehearsal Dinner
You may choose to host a dinner the evening before the wedding to welcome your family and friends and formally begin your wedding celebration. The Omni Bedford Springs Resort has a wide selection of dinner venues and menu options to assist you in customizing your rehearsal dinner. Indoor and outdoor venues are available, room rentals may vary based on selections chosen.

Farewell Brunch/Breakfast
What better way to end your weekend then to host your friends and family one last time before departing. A farewell brunch is a perfect opportunity for guests to toast your new life together and give you best wishes as you head off to your new life together.

Spa Wedding Services
On the day of your wedding, Springs Eternal Spa will offer a 10% group discount on salon services (hair, makeup, nails) for the bride and bridesmaids. The 10% group discount applies for groups of three or more people. If you are interested in holding appointment blocks for your group to come in together, or even to make any consultation appointments, please call Springs Eternal Spa at 814-624-5634. Any spa services (massages, facials, wraps) may be made in blocks for groups as well, although these services are not at a discounted rate.

Golf Tee Times
Your wedding planner may assist you with reserving tee times for a golf outing on the weekend of your wedding. Discounted rates for golf outings are based off of availability, dates, and number of tee times reserved.
