Cocktail: Pink Berry Collins

Base Spirit: Beefeater Pink Gin

Elements: RE’AL Strawberry, lemon, club soda

Description: A fruity and floral infusion in a classic Collins

Measurements:

  • 1.5 oz Beefeater Pink Gin
  • 0.75 oz RE’AL strawberry puree
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Club soda

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except club soda) in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Add club soda and strain into an ice Collins Glass
  4. Garnish with mint, lemon slice and half strawberry

Cocktail: Rock Star Martini

Base Spirit: Grey Goose Vodka

Elements: Chandon Brut, Passoa passion fruit liqueur, Monin Cinnamon, lime

Description: A modern classic - fruity and tropical martini elevated with a shot of bubbles

Peach

Cocktail: Bramble On

Base Spirit: Belvedere Peach Nectar

Elements: Monin Peach, lemon, orange juice

Description: A peachy riff on the classic Bramble cocktail

Measurements:

  • 1.5 oz Belvedere Peach Nectar
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Monin Peach syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into an ice Rocks Glass
  4. Garnish with mint, dried apricot and blackberry

Apple

Cocktail: Apple Pear Whiskey Sour

Base Spirit: Maker’s Mark Bourbon

Elements: Barmalade Apple Pear, fresh lemon

Description: A whiskey sour with fresh flavors of crisp apple, pear and brown sugar

Cranberry

Cocktail: Dry Cranberry Spritzer

Non ALC: Seedlip Grove 42

Elements: Cranberry, lime, orange bitters, Q Grapefruit

Description: A light and refreshing non-alcoholic spritz

Measurements:

  • 1.5 oz Seedlip Grove 42
  • 1 oz Monin cranberry
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • Top with Q Grapefruit soda

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except for the Q Grapefruit) in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into an iced Collins glass and top with Q Grapefruit
  4. Stir well and garnish with an orange slice

For cocktail version, we recommend Beefeater Pink Gin, Deep Eddy Ruby Red or Tito’s Handmade Vodka in place of Seedlip Grove.

Elements: Cantine Maschio Prosecco, Monin Candied Orange, lemon, orange peel
