1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The TICKET TO WONDER promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on October 23, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on January 15, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of 12 separate sweepstakes (each, a “Sweepstakes”) with 12 separate sweepstakes periods (each, a “Sweepstakes Period”) and 12 separate weekly drawings, as further detailed herein. The Promotion also consists of two separately administered social media giveaways.

2. HOW TO ENTER: During the applicable Sweepstakes Period, purchase Sponsor’s “Ticket to Wonder” hotel stay package online at https://www.omnihotels.com/ or via the Omni Hotels & Resorts call center at 1.888.444.6664. The Ticket to Wonder hotel stay package is for hotel stays at Omni Hotels & Resorts from November 16, 2023 through January 21, 2024 (the “Required Stay Dates”), subject to availability, and to be eligible for a Sweepstakes you must check-in on your arrival date and complete the hotel stay associated with your entry. Cancellations or re-booking of your Ticket to Wonder hotel stay outside the Required Stay Dates will result in you being ineligible for the applicable Sweepstakes. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. You will receive one entry per room booked during the applicable Sweepstakes Period as part of the Ticket to Wonder hotel stay package.

To participate without a purchase, print your full name, phone number, age, email address and mailing address on a 3” x 5” card, insert card in a #10 envelope, affix proper postage and mail to: Omni Hotels & Resorts Sweepstakes Administration, Ticket to Wonder Sweepstakes [insert number], 4001 Maple Ave., Ste. 500, Dallas, Texas 75214. The card must include the specific number of the applicable Sweepstakes and only one Sweepstakes entry per card is permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail entries. Mail entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received by 11:59AM on the Thursday immediately following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period, each of which ends on a Sunday. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

Limit one mail-in entry per person per Sweepstakes, and one winner per household per Sweepstakes. Entry into one Sweepstakes will not result in your entry into any other Sweepstakes (i.e., each Sweepstakes is a standalone sweepstakes with its own Sweepstakes Period, entrants pool and prize pool). Any attempt by a person to enter more than once per Sweepstakes with multiple mail-in entries may result in disqualification.

The Sweepstakes Period for each of the 12 Sweepstakes is as follows:

  • Sweepstakes #1: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on October 23, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on October 29, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #2: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on October 30, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on November 5, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #3: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on November 6, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on November 12, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #4: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on November 13, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on November 19, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #5: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on November 20, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on November 26, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #6: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on November 27, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on December 3, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #7: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on December 4, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on December 10, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #8: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on December 11, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on December 17, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #9: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on December 18, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on December 24, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #10: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on December 25, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM CT on December 31, 2023.

  • Sweepstakes #11: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on January 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM CT on January 7, 2024.

  • Sweepstakes #12: Begins at 12:00 AM CT on January 8, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM CT on January 15, 2024.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Omni Hotels Management Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Sponsor”), their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their employees and the immediate family members of each and those residing in the same household are not eligible. Eligibility may be verified at any time. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited by law.

4. DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: The four winners of each Sweepstakes will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the applicable Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will take place on or around the Thursday immediately following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period, each of which ends on a Sunday.

  • Sweepstakes #1: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday November 2, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #1.

  • Sweepstakes #2: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday November 9, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #2.

  • Sweepstakes #3: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday November 16, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #3.

  • Sweepstakes #4: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday November 23, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #4.

  • Sweepstakes #5: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday November 30, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #5.

  • Sweepstakes #6: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday December 7, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #6.

  • Sweepstakes #7: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday December 14, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #7.

  • Sweepstakes #8: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday December 21, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #8.

  • Sweepstakes #9: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday December 28, 2023 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #9.

  • Sweepstakes #10: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday January 4, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #10.

  • Sweepstakes #11: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday January 11, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #11.

  • Sweepstakes #12: A random drawing of four potential winners will be conducted on or around Thursday January 18, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for Sweepstakes #12.

If you entered a Sweepstakes via the purchase method and are selected as a potential winner, upon check in for your Ticket to Wonder hotel stay, look for a specially marked Periwinkle Ticket inside your chocolate bar amenities and follow the instructions for accepting your prize. If you entered via the free method of entry and are selected as a potential winner, you will be notified by email, using the contact information given at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours after checking in for the Ticket to Wonder hotel stay (for purchase entrants) or within 48 hours after the first notification attempt via e-mail (for mail-in entrants), such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Each potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).

5. PRIZES/ODDS: The prize for each Sweepstakes is one five-night stay certificate per winner for any Omni Hotels & Resort property during the calendar year 2024, subject to availability and certain blackout dates. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a five-night stay is $1,000 USD and the total ARV of each Sweepstakes is $4,000 USD. ARV fluctuates based on property booked and timing of booking. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS: 

a. Winner will be required to confirm his/her mailing address (or for a Canadian winner, return a Declaration of Compliance) and execute a Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, publicity release, within 48 hours of notification in order to receive the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond to prize notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer a time limited arithmetic skill testing question as a condition to winning the prize. All applicable federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, biographical information, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in a Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a prize by winner and winner’s guests. By participating in a Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

b. Winner releases Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of each Sweepstakes from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in a Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to bugs, tampering, unauthorized telephone intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, altered, delayed, received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service, including https://www.omnihotels.com/; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or this Sweepstakes; or (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

c. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree, to the extent allowed by applicable law, that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, USA, or if there’s no federal jurisdiction, Dallas County, Texas, USA for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto to the extent allowed by applicable law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you under any laws that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.

d. Arbitration: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and the Sponsor and any of its Agents, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Official Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Dallas, Texas area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.


SEVERANCE: If any provision(s) of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) hereof will remain in full force and effect.
