This is an excellent place to hold a business conference. Great facilities and the staff did a great job. I highly recommend this place for a repeat meeting in future years.
Stayed here for a short business stay and could not be happier. The conference accommodations were perfect and conveniently located steps from our ocean-front room. Everything is planned and anticipated in advance by the management and everyone that works here is pleasant and cheerful and professional.

The Omni Amelia Island Resort is located near the following airports:
- About 4 miles from Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB)
- About 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)
- Omni Amelia Island Resort can host anywhere from 10 attendees up to 1,000 attendees including the resort and villas.
- Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.
- The largest ballroom at Omni Amelia Island Resort is Magnolia Ballroom with 16,825 sq ft of flexible meeting space with 22’ ceilings.
- The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
