BEACHSIDE WEDDING
With 3.5 miles of coastline, you can say "I do" with sand between your toes, the sound of soothing waves in the background and a breathtaking view of the sparkling waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
WALKER'S LANDING
Located on the marsh side of the plantation, Walker's Landing offers natural splendor views. Guests can enjoy a sunset view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the deck surrounding this octagonal-shaped facility. Inside you'll find hardwood floors, a fieldstone fireplace and windows surrounding the perimeter. This location can accommodate up to 160 guests for a buffet dinner.
OAK POINT LAWN
Carefully placed between Spanish moss-covered live oak trees, this location features magnificent views of the greens and fairways of our Oak Marsh Golf Course and the beautiful marsh.
OCEANVIEW TERRACE
The Oceanview Terrace overlooks the beach, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Booked in conjunction with the Oceanview Room, this seaside setting offers an exceptional space for ceremonies.
THE SPROUTING PROJECT
This intimate outdoor space features a garden, outdoor kitchen and bar, greenhouse, rambling creek and small citrus grove.

Offering the perfect blend of spectacular ocean views, intimate dining experiences and ample dance floor space.
MAGNOLIA BALLROOM & GARDEN
With 16,800 square feet of versatile function space, this grand ballroom is the largest reception venue on site. Adjacent to our ballroom, a lush garden offers ample open space. Ballroom and garden may be booked separately.
MARSH VIEW DECK
Located next to Oak Point Lawn, this outdoor terrace features a fire pit and panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Oak Marsh golf holes.
AMELIA BALLROOM
A traditional ballroom style venue offering ample space, flexibility and the added convenience of being in close proximity to the 8 Flags Patio.

Everyone loved the resort and especially the FOOD! That is something that people will always remember about your wedding and we just knew this was the right location. The accommodations were wonderful and we loved every minute of our special day! We highly recommend this beautiful resort.
We got married at the Omni on the Walker’s Landing venue property. It was absolutely perfect. The sunset is beautiful at this property and the natural environment makes for great photos.
Being a destination wedding, the consolidation of services the Omni offered provided a huge benefit. Having our venue, catering, and rentals (tables, chairs, etc.) all through one vendor allowed us to not pay for full wedding coordinator services from an outside vendor.

Weddings FAQ
- Omni Amelia Island Resort provides a dedicated Catering Services Manager who will assist you with the planning of your event.
- A signed contract and a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the estimated master account charges will secure your date.
- Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.
The deposits are calculated on the total estimated revenue of your event to include the wedding package and food & beverage minimum plus service charge and taxes. An initial deposit is due upon contract signature, additional deposits are tiered. The final deposit is due 30 days prior to your event date.
- No, all food & beverage for your event must be provided by Omni Amelia Island Resort.
- Omni Amelia Island Resort offers beautiful settings ranging from oceanfront to marsh-front venues onsite to include: Walkers Landing, the Beach, Sunrise Café & Terrace, Oceanview room & Terrace, The Sprouting Project and Marshview Deck & Oak Point Lawn.
