Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park Policies

- Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to that time, you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurant, Centennial Park and/or the City of Atlanta until your room becomes available.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Guests who check out prior to their expected departure date will be subject to a charge equal to the departure date night’s stay plus applicable taxes. The expected departure date is the date designated on the original reservation. The cancellation policy date will be used to determine if a fee will be assessed. Departure date changes made at or after check-in will be subject to penalty
LATE CHECK OUT POLICY
A 1:00 p.m. late check-out may be available for an additional fee; after 1:00 p.m. a half nightly rate applies; after 4:00 p.m. the full nightly rate applies.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of the reservation after 12:00 p.m. will be charged one night's room rate and tax. Not applicable to advanced purchase/prepaid reservations.
All guests are required to present a major EMV-enabled credit/debit card at check-in. Cash may be used to settle the account upon check-out.
Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based on the business rules of your bank, it may take 7 days or longer for your bank to process this back to your account.
A deposit of $100 per night is required at check-in for incidentals. Any unused credit is fully refunded within three business days after the check-out date.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD POLICY
Credit and debit cards are required to be EMV chip-enabled.
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account.
GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.
Guest rooms are smoke-free. A $250.00 smoking fee will be applied, if smoking occurs in the room, to cover a deep cleaning of the room.
PAYING FOR ANOTHER GUEST’S ROOM

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is a pet-friendly hotel. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 pounds. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 will be charged per stay, per room (not per pet). Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy; there is no weight limit or pet fee.
A roll-away bed may be requested for $20 per night, based on availability. Please note that only King rooms will accommodate a roll-away bed.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.

Packages, freight and convention material may be sent to the hotel prior to arrival. Please note receiving and storage charges will apply based on size and weight of the box. For estimates or additional information, please contact the hotel prior to arranging shipments.
