Reserving your appointments
We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance for the greatest availability of services and appointment times. If you have any special requests, preference in therapist, have allergies or health concerns, or if you are pregnant, please let us know upon scheduling. A credit card is required to guarantee all appointments. Prices and services are subject to change.

The minimum age requirement to utilize the spa facilities and receive spa services is 18 years of age. Any guests between the ages of 13-18 may receive salon services when accompanied by an adult.
Should you need to cancel
Your treatments are reserved specifically for you. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask you to notify the spa directly 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you must change or cancel your appointment. With less than a 24-hour cancellation notice or if you fail to show up for appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service. Change requests on same day of services may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Arrival & Check-In
In order to enhance your experience, we recommend you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to complete a brief consultation form, change and relax. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your service will be modified to end as originally scheduled. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
What to Wear
For our guests having spa services, a robe and pair of spa slippers will be provided for you to use during your visit.
We kindly ask that you leave valuables at home or in your guest room. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Payments and Returns
We accept most major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge their spa purchases to their guest room. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to your bill based on the original cost of each service. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days from purchase. Gift cards, service series and packages are non-refundable.
In order to maintain the tranquility of the spa and privacy of our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and electronics upon arrival.

To ensure the privacy of our guests, it is our policy not to give tours of the facility when in use.
