AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
To reserve a room you must be 21 years or older. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in.
CASH PAYING GUESTS
Guests paying in cash must pay their room charges in full with an additional deposit of $100 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in.
Individuals 17 years old and younger are considered children at Omni Corpus Christi.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Third parties wishing to pay for another guest’s room must contact the hotel at (361) 887-1600.
DEBIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive tax, for all room nights plus $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process your unused funds back to your account.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
There will be a charge of one night’s room plus tax for guests departing prior to their departure date and after 2:00 p.m.
Omni Hotels reserves the right to not allow the open carry of handguns or other weapons on the hotel premises.
- Rollaway beds are available on request at a $20 charge.

GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, our hotel enforces a strict “no party policy” in our guest rooms. Maximum occupancy in a room with a king bed is three and a room with two double beds is four. The hotel enforces these maximum occupancy standards and may ask any unregistered guests to vacate a room at any time. In addition, our hotel does not register rooms to minors. A registered adult must be present in all rooms at all times where minors or other non-registered guests are present. In the event we receive a noise complaint and there are unregistered guests after 10:00 p.m., all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. If complaints of noise in your room inconvenience other guests, we reserve the right to charge your account for any rebates given to these guests as a result of their discomfort. Please understand these guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel. By signing this policy at check-in, you are in agreement with its content.
Omni Corpus Christi is a pet-friendly hotel. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 lbs. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 is to be paid upon check-in. Additional charges for damage may be imposed, if applicable. No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be allowed. The hotel shall make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted on the premises. If the pet cause’s damage, barks, makes other noises, or is otherwise a cause of guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to remove the pet and relocate it to another part of the hotel. The hotel prohibits pets from all of the following areas of the hotel: Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Retail Shops, and any Dining area. The pet must be kept in a pet carrier when hotel associates must be in the room to clean or provide other services and/or if you plan on leaving the pet by itself. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Limit of two (2) pets allowed in all room types. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy — there is no weight limit or pet fee.
For the well-being of our guests and employees, Omni Corpus Christi is a 100% smoke-free facility. The only places where smoking is allowed are 15 feet outside the property entrance. Smoking not permitted on hotel balconies. If smoking violation occurs in a room, the guest will be charged a $250 non-refundable fee.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
