TEXAS BEER OF THE MONTH
Each month we'll feature a seasonal Texas beer that will be available for that month only. This May, we're featuring Strawberry Blonde – an American blonde ale first brewed in 2015 as part of Shiner's Brewer's Pride Series. It's a light-bodied beer with a crisp taste that blends wheat and pale malts with fresh, locally grown strawberries from Poteet, TX, renowned as the strawberry capital of Texas.

We have the distinction of receiving the Award of Excellence for the most outstanding wine list in the world by Wine Spectator for the last four years. We carry 160 different wines from around the world. An excellent selection from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina.

Executive Chef Daniel Rosa owes his love of cooking to his mother’s mastery of transforming fresh ingredients into incredible feasts for family and friends. Living in the tiny haven of Ponce, Puerto Rico, he learned to take advantage of rich natural foods. His mother’s excellent cooking skills came naturally and her creations sprung from "love of family, love of the land and love of the moment."
