LAS COLINAS BALLROOM

The hotels largest event space, the Las Colinas Ballroom is the perfect location for your lavish affair. With more than 10,000 square feet of space, you can use the entire ballroom or divide it into six sections. The outdoor courtyard is a beautiful open space for your ceremony, and the Las Colinas ballroom provides a unique and elite venue for your reception and can accommodate up to 600 guests.

This intimate ballroom can set up to 250 guests and is a spectacular backdrop for your event. Featuring beautiful chandeliers and a private foyer lined with windows, the Mandalay ballroom is a beautiful venue to be used for a cocktail hour and during a reception.

Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.

25% due at time of contracting (based on estimated event spend) with a tiered schedule to be paid in full 10 days prior to event date.

Yes, only for cultural and or religious reasons. There is a fee associated.

Modified space options for social distancing where required by local government or upon request. Social distancing signage is available upon request to help event spacing in high-traffic areas and encourage proper distancing.
