AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room. Photo ID is requested upon check-in. Children are considered to be 17 years or younger.
CASH PAYING GUESTS
Guests paying in cash must pay their room charges in full with an additional $100 per night deposit required for incidentals at check-in.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
If you wish to pay for another guest’s room, please contact the hotel at (303) 438-6600.
DEBIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY
Debit cards can be used at Omni Interlocken Hotel. When using a debit card for room payment, an immediate deduction from your bank account will occur when you check-in. The charges that will be immediately deducted from your bank account are for your entire stay plus an additional $100 per night for any incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process this transaction to your account.
A $15 per room daily charge will be added to the daily room rate. This charge allows guests to enjoy many services and amenities without having to incur miscellaneous charges. The Omni Interlocken Hotel destination charge includes the following (exclusive of taxes):
- Local Calls
- Complimentary use of golf of driving range and practice facilities, including rental clubs if needed.
- Access to resort facilities including outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, and fitness center.
- Complimentary parking

GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.
Dogs and cats up to 50 pounds are accepted at Omni Interlocken Hotel if a valid credit card is on file. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Each room with a pet will be charged a cleaning fee of $125 per stay. If you have more than one pet, please contact the hotel directly to discuss. The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, mini-bar staff, or engineering enters the room. In the event where a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet. Service dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy.
Omni Interlocken Hotel is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. Guests who do not comply will be charged a fee under hotel discretion.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages – which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
