Terms and Conditions
A minimum two-night stay is required. The Reel & Retreat Package must be reserved at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Reservations made fewer than seven (7) days before arrival are not eligible for this package.
A deposit is required at the time of booking in accordance with the package's deposit policy. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for deposit requirements and cancellation terms associated with your hotel stay.
Fishing charter reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Following booking, guests will be contacted directly by Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel within approximately 48 hours to discuss available charter dates and times during their stay. Guests will then be provided with a unique booking code and instructions to complete their fishing charter reservation directly through Good Hit Sport Fishing's online booking platform.
Completion of the charter reservation is the responsibility of the guest and is required to secure the fishing charter experience. Guests will be required to review and accept Good Hit Sport Fishing's terms and conditions and complete any applicable waivers directly with the charter operator at the time of booking.
Charter cancellations, modifications, and weather-related policies are governed by Good Hit Sport Fishing and must be handled directly with the charter operator. Reservations canceled within seventy-two (72) hours of departure, no-shows, or unused charter experiences may be non-refundable in accordance with the operator's policies.
Good Hit Sport Fishing is an independently owned, managed, and operated third-party vendor and is not owned, operated, managed, or controlled by Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel or Omni Hotels & Resorts. Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for the operations, services, transportation, equipment, crew, safety practices, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, or guest experiences associated with the third-party charter provider.
Guests participating in charter activities do so at their own risk.
