I was blown away by the attention to detail by all members of your team. The event concierge checked in at what seemed to be the perfect times throughout the morning. The food service team served efficiently and quietly throughout the program. The breakdown was the fastest that I have ever seen! Mohammad (Banquet Houseman Supervisor) was so nice to help us with our breakdown. He would not let us worry about the floral arrangement trash or extra boxes that we had. He took care of everything. Many thanks to you and your staff for making last week’s BB&T’s regional executive event a tremendous success! From the moment we began event planning to the completion of the event, we felt that the Omni Fort Worth staff listened to our requests, gave us their full attention, and executed our plans perfectly during the April 5th reception and April 6th breakfast-leadership meeting-luncheon, all with absolute commitment to the best customer service possible. Many guests commented that the food was delicious and wait staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy serving our guests. I do not have the valet email address, but please pass along to them our thanks for their excellent service and positive attitudes. The turn-around time for entering and leaving the hotel was minimal, which is very much appreciated for this size event. Brant Standridge, my direct manager, commented “outstanding…it couldn’t have been better, and the dinner at Bob’s Steak & Chop House was terrific as well.” The hors d'oeuvres arrived on time and the executives enjoyed relaxing over a great meal after a particularly long day. Thank you, Kelly (Senior Catering Sales Manager) and Kendal (Catering Sales Manager), for helping arrange this with Angela. Angela, your staff was superb and immediately took care of every detail for the evening. We appreciate your commitment to excellence and the western spirit that was noticeable during our visit with the Omni Fort Worth. I especially appreciated the extra efforts made to place favorite beverages and snacks in our guest rooms. Executives were very impressed with this touch… and I enjoyed the beautiful sunset you arranged for me!
