Guest must be 21+ to check-in. Photo ID is required at check-in.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel no later than noon, 72 hours prior to arrival, or 7 days prior to arrival for stays between the first Friday of March and Labor Day. If you must cancel your reservation after this time frame, you will be charged a fee equivalent to a one-night stay plus tax.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, a fee equal to 50 percent of the room fee and taxes will be charged.
GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or noise from a guest room all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.
RESORT SERVICE CHARGE
A $35 resort services charge per room, per night, will be added to the room rate, plus 10 percent sales tax, and a $3 service charge. The resort service charge includes WiFi service in guest rooms, lobby and restaurants, self-parking, in-room coffee, shuttle service within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cover area (subject to availability), unlimited telephone access for local, credit card, collect calls from the guest rooms, fitness center access, preferred spa reservation access and private access to beach.
Rollaway bed: $35 per night
Cribs: $25 per night
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account. Cash paying guests must pay full stay plus deposit at check-in. A $100 per day deposit will be required for incidentals.
Pet rooms are limited, based on availability and require advance reservations. One dog up to 50 lbs is welcome at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort if a valid credit card is on file. Cats as well as extreme or wild animals are not allowed. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage, personal injury or disturbance caused by the dog(s). Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a cleaning charge of $200 per stay (the charge is per room, not per dog). At no time may the dog be left alone in the room. In the event that a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify for this exemption under the ADA guidelines. For your convenience, our pet floors are premium rooms located on the first and second floors of the South Tower. Please note that no animals are allowed on the beach from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. To request a pet friendly accommodation please call 843-842-8000.
Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is a non-smoking hotel, including electronic cigarettes.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
