We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotels for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

The health and safety of our guests and associates has always been, and will always be, our top priority.

Parking & Transportation
Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative encourages self-parking. As such, valet services are currently offered for $34 plus tax per day.
Our complimentary area shuttle has resumed operation on Fridays & Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and Sundays from
10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Operates within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.
Self Parking Rates:
- 0 - 4 hours: $10.00
- 4 - 8 hours: $14.00
- 8 - 24 hours (and overnight): $24.00
- Oversized trucks: $50.00
- Buses: $100
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is offered to guests. At this time, turndown service, Get Fit Kits and Omni Kid’s Crew
with turndown are temporarily unavailable.
Dining
Birdies Café & Bar
Daily: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

La Reserve Whiskey Lounge
Wednesday - Thursday: 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Pool Bar
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Beginning April 24th, the pool bar with be open Saturday - Sunday. 

Common Color: Grab and go upscale market items available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
including beverages, snacks, and culinary delights.

Dining hours are subject to change based on availability.
Black Swan and In-Room Dining are closed until further notice.
Pool & Fitness Center
Pool is open from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Fitness center is open 24 hours daily with guest room key.
Spa
Monday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday – Wednesday: Closed
Thursday – Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Business Center
Our business center kiosk is available 24 hours a day for guests.
