We had the best meeting turn out in our 27 year history and everyone at the hotel working together made our program run seamlessly.
Everything and everyone was wonderful. Ben Picone (Sales Manager), Kevin Hartquist (Convention Service Manager) and Marco Chamorro (Encore A/V) all exceeded my expectations, as well as the front desk staff and catering staff. Everyone was so polite and helpful.
David Belmonte (Convention Service Manager) was very helpful. We had a bunch of last minute food and beverages adds and room changes, and he was great at getting everything done for us when we needed it.

The Omni Royal Orleans is located near the following airports:
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 13 miles from the hotel (approximately 26 minutes). New Orleans Lakefront Airport is located 8 miles from the hotel.
Omni Amelia Island Resort can host anywhere up to 400 attendees.
They can reserve guest rooms via a Group Webpage which can be customized for your organization, by your attendees calling reservations or you can provide a rooming list.
The largest ballroom at Omni Royal Orleans is the Grand Ballroom with 4,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
