For COVID-19

We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotels for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

Guest Services
The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process; touchless check-in coming soon.
Parking & Transportation
Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative will provide self-parking. As such, valet services are not currently offered. Parking is provided at your convenience, and the resort assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or its contents.
Partnered with Ecolab to provide "Safe and Clean" housekeeping and public areas protocols.

Palms Café:
6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

BREAKFAST: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
DINNER: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Splash Grill:
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. pool cleaning break / bar area will remain open

R Bar: closed

Between the 9's at the Club:  
BREAKFAST: Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
LUNCH: Tuesday - Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
BAR SERVICE: Monday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Azure Pool Dining Service: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Family Pool: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily | (sessions include: 9a-1p | 2p-6p | 7-10p)
Splashtopia: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily | (sessions include: 9a-1p | 2p-6p)
Azure (family-friendly through April 10) Pool: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily (sessions include: 9a-1p | 2p-6p | 7p-10p)

Masks are required at the pools if guests are not able to socially distance, in addition to indoors / public spaces where unable to adequately distance.

Tee time reservations are required.
Rental Clubs are available.
Driving Range is ONLY available 30 minutes prior to your tee time. Daily range passes are NOT available at this time.
