IS MOKARA HOTEL & SPA PET FRIENDLY?
Mokara Hotel & Spa is a pet-friendly hotel. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 50 lbs. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 will be charged per stay, per room (not per pet). This fee will not be assessed for service dogs. Emotional support animals are not considered to be service animals by the ADA. Additional charges for damage may be imposed, if applicable. No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be allowed. The hotel shall make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted on the premises. If the pet causes damage, barks, makes other noises, or is otherwise a cause of guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to remove the pet and relocate it to another part of the hotel. The hotel prohibits pets from all of the following areas of the hotel: Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Retail Shops, and any Dining area. The pet must be kept in a pet carrier when hotel associates must be in the room to clean or provide other services and/or if you plan on leaving the pet by itself. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Limit of two (2) pets allowed in all room types. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy — there is no weight limit or pet fee.
