WHAT SERVICES CAN OMNI SCOTTSDALE RESORT & SPA PROVIDE FOR MY WEDDING?

The resort has a variety of services to help you enhance your event and make this occasion a memorable one! These include spa and salon services, fitness classes, cabana rentals, chef kitchen classes, in suite dining, and much more.

HOW DO I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE AND VENUE?

HOW DO MY GUESTS RESERVE ROOMS AT OMNI SCOTTSDALE RESORT & SPA?

At the time of contracting, a method of reservations will be confirmed that is the preference of the group. Rooms can be reserved by calling in and requesting the group block, through a rooming list provided by the planner, or by registering online using a designated group landing page.

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSITS BASED ON AND WHEN ARE THEY DUE?

We will require a nominal deposit at the time your contract is signed to officially secure your date and event arrangements. The remainder of your estimate balance will be split into payments that work best for your schedule, with 100% due 30 days prior to the start of your event.

CAN FOOD OR BEVERAGES BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted to be brought in to any event or event space, and must be served by the resort.

WHAT IS OMNI SCOTTSDALE RESORT & SPA DOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS?

The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
